Right of withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (Distance Selling)
This section applies only to consumers and is based on the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG).
Right of Withdrawal Information
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods or the last partial shipment.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form (section 6.4) or the withdrawal button at the bottom of the footer.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the declaration concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the declaration of withdrawal.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse to make a repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Installation by a specialist workshop, if already carried out, goes beyond a mere inspection.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
A right of withdrawal does not exist, among other things, for goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (§ 18 FAGG). A used standard spare part generally does not fall under this exception.
