Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Card – The secure standard payment method (Visa, Mastercard)
- Sofortüberweisung (Instant Transfer) – Direct bank transfer via Klarna/Sofort
- Klarna – Flexible payment or installment purchase
- Prepayment/Bank Transfer – Classic bank transfer
Available payment methods will be displayed during the order process. Payments are processed via Shopify Payments and are SSL-encrypted.
Prepayment
After placing your order, you will receive an invoice via email. You can conveniently pay the invoice amount via online banking or at your bank branch.

Default
If a payment is not made, we are entitled to charge default interest at the statutory rate (§ 456 UGB) as well as any applicable dunning and collection costs.
Shipping
Shipping is currently available only in Austria with trackable parcel and freight forwarding services. Shipping options depend on the delivery location and weight.
Austria (Domestic)
- Austrian Post – up to 31.5 kg • 3–5 business days | €7.90–€20.90
- Freight Forwarding – from 31.5 kg • 3–5 business days | €119.00–€699.00
Self Pickup
You can pick up your order from us during our opening hours.
Shipping Notes
- Delivery times are non-binding and approximate.
- Shipping over 30 kg will be done by freight forwarder, rail, or other carrier by separate agreement.
- Risk of Loss: The risk of accidental loss of the goods transfers upon handover to the carrier.
- We assume no liability for delivery delays caused by carriers or force majeure.
All prices include VAT, are subject to differential taxation according to § 24 UStG (used goods), and do not include separate shipping costs – these will be added in the shopping cart.
